How long does production take?
Production time depends on the size of your bundle and the materials chosen. Most bundles ship within a few weeks of artwork proof approval, and you receive a firm production and shipping timeline together with your quote.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Our export logistics team has decades of overseas shipping experience and coordinates courier, air or sea freight, customs documentation, tracking and door-to-door delivery around your required on-site date.
Are your ADA signs code-compliant?
Our US templates default to ADA-conscious restroom, tactile and braille signs. Final code compliance for your jurisdiction is reviewed and confirmed with you during the proofing stage.
Can I order material samples first?
Yes. Material and finish samples are available before full production, so you can confirm acrylic, stainless steel, aluminum or engraved finishes in hand.
Can I change my sign list after the quote?
Yes. You can add, remove or edit line items at any time before you approve the artwork proof. Production starts only after your approval.
Do signs come with mounting hardware?
Yes. Every sign ships with its specified mounting method — foam tape, screws, standoffs or magnetic — and the mounting method is listed line by line on your quote.
